CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Updating network in LIB and RAC.
User Impact: None expected as the upgrade will be rolled over (a few at a time). - Monday, April 29, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Updating TAI application server.
User Impact: The TAI application will be down during this time. - Monday, April 29, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Updating SQL server.
User Impact: Housing Dept. won't be able to access Online Persona application during the outage.
- Friday, May 3, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Updating Coldfusion server.
User Impact: Coldfusion,and all other applications supported by Oracollab will not be available. All end users have been notified. - Monday, May 6, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Updating Cold Fusion.
User Impact: During the last half hour applications at *.cf.torontomu.ca will be unavailable. - Thursday, May 9, 12:00 a.m. to Monday, May 13, 1:00 a.m.
Upgrading eHR system.
User Impact: eHR production all related functions will be down on May 12th only. - Saturday, May 11, 11:00 p.m. to Sunday, May 12, 2:00 a.m.
Updating RMS servers.
User Impact: my.torontomu.ca, CAS, RUVPN2, RMS Account Activation will not be available. - Tuesday, May 14, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Updating ADS application server.
User Impact: The following ADS Java applications will be down during this time: Senate apps, Honorary Doctorate, PFACS, Curriculum Insights, OneCard services (used by the Exam Attendance and Convocation apps), Midwifery, Academic Integrity, Creative Industries Internship, Early Childhood Studies, FCAD Internship tracking, Grad Teaching Development Program, OneCard, Tutors Marketplace, CCS Forms, Parking, Exam Seating and Attendance, and FCADI apps. - Saturday, June 1, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR Production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The non-production environments will be down briefly. - Sunday, June 9, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub Production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. All non-production environments will be down briefly during the outage.
