TMU Medical Centre is currently accepting external referrals to in-house psychiatry.
Please complete the referral form below and fax to 416-979-5073.
Reception will reach out to the patient to schedule an appointment upon acceptance of referral.
Referrals are only open to currently enrolled full-time or part-time Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) students.
