TMU Faculty of Science presents our second annual Research Symposium & Networking Event. POD 250, May 28, 10am-3pm

The second annual FOS Research Symposium & Networking Event will take place on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024, in POD 250. All FOS faculty, staff, graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to attend!

This will be an opportunity to meet and interact with colleagues in other departments to learn more about their SRC activities and identify possible opportunities for interdisciplinary and collaborative work.

Registration is now closed. Please email srio@torontomu.ca with any questions related to participation or attendance. 

*Undergraduate students and members of the TMU community are welcome to attend the poster session from 1:15 pm - 3 pm.

Event agenda: 

  1. Panel discussion on science pedagogy research
  2. Faculty presentations (3-5 min each) focused on existing or future research collaborations
  3. Indigenous Initiatives within FOS & Science Outreach and Communication presentations
  4. Graduate students & postdoctoral fellows research poster session (please see complete guidelines  (google doc) here (external link) ).
